Converted rail to trail, mostly grass. Some really wet places, one old railroad tie bridge with spaces between the railroad ties - requires walking the bike over. If entering from 305, single track from the parking area with a SHARP RIGHT before a drainage ditch. If you go straight instead, it opens up and looks like greenway/ mowed area but dumps out in a dead end residential area in about 100 yards - not correct. The correct trail is single track for a bit, crosses the railroad tie bridge, then is mowed, wide and nice.
